Congress delegates are encouraged to Register Online for quick and easy payment using credit card.
Credit cards accepted for payment are Visa and MasterCard.
A confirmation notice will be sent to the email address indicated upon receipt of the FULL payment.
Official Receipt will be issued upon request after receipt of FULL payment.
After You Have Registered
Please PRINT OUT and bring the confirmation slip sent via email to the Registration Counter located at TJ Danaraj Auditorium,Faculty of Medicine, University of Malaya Kuala Lumpur . However, the congress venue to be advised soon where you will receive your delegate badge and conferece kit.
For amendment to your registration, please contact the Congress Secretariat before 31st December 2017 in writing. For each amendment or modification requested after 1st January 2018, an administration fee of MYR 50.00 will be charged.
For cancellations to your registration, refer to the Cancellation Policy indicated.
Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing/email to the Congress Secretariat.
Cancellation received on or before 31st December 2017 will receive a full refund less M]YR 50.00 for administrative fee.
No refund will be made for any cancellation received on/after 1st January 2018. You may however nominate another person or representative to substitute your registration at an administration fee of MYR 50.00.
All applicable refunds will be made within two months after the Congress is held.
