Cancellation and Alteration Policy


Cancellation terms below (only applicable for booking more than 10 rooms)

Any modification or cancellation to your reservation must be notified and made in writing to Congress Secretariat via email or fax to +603 79322132.

For cancellation on/before October 08, 2021 will be refunded less one night deposit. Cancellation received after October 08, 2021 will be no refund.

  • On/before AUGUST 09, 2021: 20% of the total partial cancellation of room block without penalty
  • On/before SEPTEMBER 10, 2021: 15% of the total partial cancellation of room block without penalty
  • On/before OCTOBER 08, 2021: 10% of the total partial cancellation of room block without penalty
  • On/after OCTOBER 08, 2021 / No Show OR Cancellation will be allowed.
