Faculty Lounge

NHAM 2020 Faculty Lounge is located at Room 306, Level 3, Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre. 
This lounge is reserved for the use of faculty members only. Beverages and light snacks will be served at the lounge. 

Speaker Slide Preview Room

Speakers’ slides preview room is located at Room 302, Level 3, Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre. 
This room is equipped with notebooks and printers. IT support personnel will be on duty to provide assistance to upload slide presentations.


National Heart Association of Malaysia (NHAM) Secretariat Booth

NHAM Secretariat booth is B23 located at Ballroom 2, Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre. Renewals and registrations of NHAM memberships can be made at NHAM Secretariat table during Congress days.


Faculty Registration

Faculty members are requested to collect their Congress badges at the Faculty Registration Counter located at Room 306, Level 3, Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.

Congress Badge

Congress participants/delegates are required to wear their badges at all times to gain access to the scientific sessions. Strictly NO ADMISSION without the Congress Badge. A reissuance fee of RM200 will be imposed for all lost badges upon proof of original registration payment.

Non-Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly forbidden in any conference room, exhibition foyer and the entire Level 3.  


Mobile Phones

Delegates are advised to keep their mobile phones on silent mode where scientific sessions are being held.



The official language of the Congress is English.


Certificate of Attendance

An e-certificate of attendance will be provided to all registered delegates. Delegates are required to login to their account to download the certificate after the congress.      

Prayer Room

Prayer rooms are available at the Centre Core on Concourse Level and Level 3 East and West Wing. Prayer mats, slippers and ablution wash area are provided in the prayer rooms. 


CPD Accreditation

20 CPD points will be awarded for doctors who attend full duration of NHAM Congress 2020. Attendees are required to download MMA CPD app and sign up for an account (for MMA members and non-MMA members). To receive the CPD points, scan the QR code with MMA CPD app to mark your attendance at the registration counter located at centre core, level 3 from 11 April 2020 at 2pm onward to 12 April 2020 at 1:00pm. 

For non-doctors, attendees are required manual attendance submission by completing the 
attendance return form with the full name and NRIC number. NHAM cannot be held responsible if NO points are allocated due to incompletes, non-submission or late submission for CPD points. 



The organising committee shall not be held responsible for accommodation glitches, personal accidents, illness, losses or damages. Delegates are advised to arrange their own personal insurance & accommodation for the duration of the congress and tours. Whilst every attempt will be made to ensure that all aspects of the congress mentioned in this announcement will take place as scheduled, the organising committee reserves the right to make last minute changes should the need arise.
