After You Have Registered with Full Payment
- Please check your name if is correct via to your registered email.
- Strictly NO REPLACEMENT OR NAME CHANGE during the conference day.
Full registration fee has to apply.
PHYSICAL Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing/email to the Congress Secretariat.
- Cancellation received before 25th September 2022 will receive a full refund after less USD 50 for the administrative fee.
- Cancellation received on or after 26th September 2022 will receive a 50% refund of fees paid
- No refund will be made for any cancellation received after 1st October 2022. You may however nominate another person or representative to substitute your registration at an administration fee of MYR 106.00.
- All applicable refunds will be made within two months after the Congress is held.
- The cancellation policy is non-negotiable.
