1. All registration fees are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) and exclusive of 6% Sales and Service Tax (SST).
2. Payment by Credit card (Visa or Mastercard) can be made through the online registration.
3. Payment by Offline Fund transfer is accepted. All related bank charges and financial charges (local & overseas) are to be borne by the remitters and are not to be deducted from the fee payable to the congress. 
4. Payment by online transfer are accepted for a Malaysian.

1. For payment by Online transfer and Offline Fund transfer, please remit payment to the beneficiary details provided.

2. For payment by cheque payable to NHAM MYLIVE, please deposit to the account details provided.

3. Please attach the telegraphic transfer remittance advice together with telex message from bank (if shortage of payment) or cheque deposit advice for proof of payment in order to complete for your registration process.

Payment receipt and Confirmation ID for Individual registration

1. Upon receipt of full payment, you may download the payment receipt in your login account. 
2. Select "check status registered congress" in My Account after login.
3. An Delegate Badge will be sent to your registered email. Kindly present the Badge to the registration counter.
